Focused on Restoring Protections for Patients

The Kidney Care Access Coalition is committed to protecting access to care for patients with kidney failure. We are focused on reversing the negative, unintended consequences of the Supreme Court's Marietta decision, which allows employers to discriminate against dialysis patients and their families by throwing them off their employer-sponsored coverage and pushing them onto Medicare. We urge Congress to act now to restore these critical protections, to safeguard patients with kidney failure, and preserve the Medicare Trust Fund.
